How issuances work on TOHKN (and what to expect in the future)

Explain how issuances work on TOHKN, what you can do during an issuance, what features may be enabled later, what "Under review" means, and how to prepare for issuances with a limited quota or time window.

Issuances on TOHKN are designed so you can invest in a clear, guided, and secure way.

In general, each issuance follows this approach: invest → validate your information and your deposit → receive your tokens in your wallet within the platform.

Over time, we will enable new features and future issuances with additional capabilities.

✅ What you will normally be able to do during an issuance

During an issuance, you will normally be able to:

  • Create your account on TOHKN

  • Complete your verification process (KYC)

    • In some cases, additional information or documentation may be required

  • Create an investment order

  • Make your deposit using the available options

  • Track the status of your investment within the app (for example: pending / under review / completed)

  • Receive the tokens from the issuance

  • See your tokens reflected in your wallet within TOHKN

The goal is to ensure an orderly and validated process before enabling broader functionalities.

⏳ Features that could be enabled in later phases

Depending on the issuance and TOHKN's roadmap, some features may be enabled later on. For example:

  • Token withdrawals to external wallets

  • Transfers between users or to other addresses

  • Advanced asset management or movement features

  • New tools that will be announced in future phases

If a feature does not appear in your app or dashboard, it means it is not yet enabled for that issuance. These updates will be communicated within the platform and through official channels.

🔎 Important note about the "Under review" status

If your investment appears as "Under review", it may be due to:

  • Validation of your identity or documentation

  • Verification of the deposit

  • Differences in amount or reference

  • Additional manual processing

In times of high demand, validation time may be longer than usual. While it is "Under review," you do not need to repeat the deposit or create a new order, unless support instructs you to do so.

🎟 Quotas and time windows

Some issuances may have:

  • A limited quota

  • A time window to complete the deposit

If you cannot complete your investment because:

  • The quota was reached

  • You did not finish the deposit on time

  • Your order expired before being validated

Don't worry: there will be new opportunities and upcoming issuances.

Recommendations for future issuances:

  • Keep your account created

  • Complete your verification in advance

  • Check that your information is up to date

  • Enable notifications within the platform

This will allow you to participate faster when a new issuance or phase is enabled.

📢 How do I find out what comes next?

All updates, new features, and upcoming issuances will be communicated within TOHKN and through our official networks.

We recommend:

  • Checking the platform periodically

  • Consulting internal notifications

  • Staying tuned to official announcements
