When you convert cash to stablecoins to fund your account, a standard TOHKN fee of up to 1% may apply. Faster processing options may be available that include total fees of up to 4%. The same fees may apply when you convert stablecoins to cash to withdraw funds.
Your bank or financial institution may charge additional fees related to transfers. These fees are determined by the institution and are separate from TOHKN's fees.
Investing
When you buy, sell, or subscribe to an investment opportunity on TOHKN, a standard fee of up to 1.5% of the transaction amount may apply. Faster processing options may be available that include total fees of up to 4%.
Minimum order amounts may apply depending on the asset or investment opportunity.
Converting Assets
When you convert one asset for another on TOHKN, the quoted price may include a spread or margin applied by TOHKN.
Prices may vary based on market conditions, liquidity, and available asset prices at the time of execution. The price displayed before you confirm the transaction is the final price applicable to that conversion.
Transfers
Transfers between TOHKN users are free.
Receiving crypto or stablecoins from an external wallet is also free.
Sending crypto or stablecoins to an external wallet may include withdrawal processing fees and blockchain network fees. These fees may vary depending on the asset and the network used.
Blockchain network fees are determined by the underlying network and can change based on network conditions and congestion. In some cases, these fees may be deducted from the transferred amount, which may result in the recipient receiving less than the sent amount. The exact withdrawal fee will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
