Services are provided by MIO3, S.A. de C.V. under the applicable regulatory framework for digital assets and under the supervision of the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD).

MIO3, S.A. de C.V. is also registered as a Bitcoin Service Provider (PSB) with the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador (BCR). Certain activities may be subject to supervision or review by the competent authorities, including the Superintendency of the Financial System (SSF).
